It was a little stiff at first but I owed that up to being brand new. Came in handy and it works great! The seller shipped quickly which was important to me and during the Christmas rush was welcomed. Thanks for the great hoop!!

This hoop is the same good quality as the ones that came with my 550E embroidery machine. It saves some on the stabilizer because of the size.

I’ve used this hoop about 30 times since buying it. It’s pretty much the same thing as the real Janome hoop in terms of its build quality.Tolerances are tight, resulting in a really good tension on the fabric around the circumference of the hoop. My pieces dont move at all when hooping using this.Tightening screw and threads is of good quality, and I appreciate the spring-loaded mechanism that keeps the hoop tight.Comes with the clear plastic grid guide as well.Hope this review has helped anyone on the fence about buying :)
