It does not come stuffed so as a gift you would probably want to stuff it yourself first. It Is very cute though.

Deceiving pictures with this product
Be sure to read the description. This is only a cover, not a whole pillow. Advised me it would be delivered between May 30th and June 30th when I ordered in early May. So I guess it arrived "early" It is a beautiful cover though. Just felt like they could have taken a couple of pictures that show that you are getting a bag to hold a pillow, not an actual pillow.
