I’ve been debating buying this kind of item for YEARS, wondering if I would buy it, not use it but it’s a game changer! It helps me work with holding poses and easily allows me to focus on my body alignment while working on deepening my stretch without tiring my arms holding my foot or band. I’m adult in my late 30’s but still focus on maintaining and advancing on my flexibility, regardless of age! I use it for allKinds of work out routine pole, ballet and yoga. Only a week of use and I’m almost able to reach a standing split again.

The ring bent on the first use of using this strap. I will have to replace the ring with something a little stronger. Other than the ring bending the rest of the system seems to work well.
