SebagoMen's Docksides Portland Boat Shoes, 7 UK

I have previously purchased from a Russell & Bromley High Street store two pairs of Sebago shoes labelled identically which are a perfect fit. one of the pairs is after some years is coming to the end of their usable life and so I ordered the identical size on line only to find they do not fit. Unfortunately unlike buying from the High Street it is not possible to try the shoes before making the purchase and I suppose the lesson in this instance is not to buy shoes on line. I am not sure what to do now as the supplier has provided the correctly labelled shoes however they do not fit.

I wear Sabago deck shoes all summer long and own probably 6 or 7 pair all New Buck , These leather pair actually cut into the back of my heel , giving me days of agony I had to go out and buy a new pair of shoes .......

Been buying sebago for years same size but from shops always fitted well and last well. The ones from amazon were full price but I think they are either seconds or fake as they do not fit properly and some stitching is already undoing. I cannot where them
