When I feel the first tingle of a cold sore coming on , especially after a stressful time, this really helps to squash it quickly. The sonner the better. Combine with a topical lysine for best results.Taking them as a daily or every other day supplement also seems to prevent cold sores when under high stress, poor sleep, etc.

I have been taking this Suppliment since contracting Shingles in January, 2021. I have PHN, which means I have extreme, long-term pain. While L-Lysine doesn't ease my pain, it builds up my Immune System, which is critical to my health & recovery. I take a lot of Vitamins. The Lord God put so many Vitamins to help us as HIS Children for Our Health. L-Lysine and Zinc helps to keep are immune system intact. If you feel like you’re starting to get a cold this will help you. It also helps with Cold Sores, Herpes and many other things. I only get sick once a year. Good product. Only downside is that they are very large pills that can get stuck in your throat. If you have problems taking pills, cut them in half or find a smaller size.

I have been using this product for a long time now and will continue to use as long as it is available.
