Q: Just received my order. I have the Transparency app and it couldn't read the bar codes because they were both covered up with stickers. Why?

all kenra products are awesome. I have 4 different sprays and depending on how much hold I use determines the one I use

Q: Does it leave a stick film on your hair? I'm looking for a product that will be easy to comb out of your hair at the end of the day.

No it does not leave a sticky film but it really does not hold. I guess one needs an alcohol product to do that which is what I am trying to escape from! The search continues

We would not recommend using this product in close proximity to an open flame.

Q: Does this product provide sun (UV) protection?

Hi! The Kenra Shaping Spray 21 does not provide UV protection. We recommend trying the Kenra Sugar Beach Sun Crème 12 as this products does provide sun protection against color fading and thermal protection up to 450°F.
