I have 2016 usa import re bullet 500 b5 with long seat. will this seat fit the current attachment points of my motorcycle?

No, I purchased that seat as well. It's advertised as an RE Classic 500 seat but the two springs do not have the horizontal 'rings' that Royal Enfield uses to mount the seat. The original Royal Enfield seat springs aren't interchangeable. Look for an RE seat that has springs with the horizontal ring and the bottom, its visible in some adverts, this seat doesn't have them.
