Molto soddisfatta! Ci vuole un po’ di manualità e delicatezza..consiglio di utilizzare una piccola pinzetta per sformare l’impasto appena tolto dal forno e di appoggiare le foglie ancora calde su un matterello nel caso in cui vogliate dare una forma curva . È facile che qualche fogliolina si rompa ma dopo aver preso la mano l’effetto vi lascerà sicuramente soddisfatti!
