This did the trick for my tennis elbow, and is well made
I've had several of these tennis elbow straps from years of playing racquetball, squash, and now pickleball :-)This strap is very well made and nicer than any I've had before. I wash it out in the sink with soap once in a while and allow it to dry before using it again. So far, there have only been a few threads that have come loose from the Velcro, but trim those off with scissors, and it's ready to go.I'm very happy with this strap and recommend it to others.

This is the one!
I noticed an immediate reduction in medial epicondylitis after wearing other braces that don’t work. You are able to wear it below the bend in your arm but the pad still covers the epicondyle. The plastic part for the strap is not uncomfortable (other straps cause bruising because when you bend your arm the edge cuts into the forearm) because it’s over the pad on your arm and it rests lower on the arm while still applying pressure.

Works well
I bought this to help with tennis elbow and it does a good job at supporting. If you're looking for something to heal, this probably isn't it as that's going to take more rest, but it does let you get pretty active before you realize that maybe it's a touch too much. For me, it fits under my clothes and doesn't look that bad if you are wearing short sleeve. No big fashion item obviously, but not a horrible looking brace. I will probably buy this again when I need to replace it.Down sides, would have to say putting it on, but that can be expected with an item like this. Handwashing is also a bummer, not hard or anything, but also means you have to set it out to dry. A little more instruction on which way this should face would be helpful too, but all of these are really nitpicking. Overall, good product and worked better than I expected.

I like this brand best!
Wasn't sure which style of brace to buy so I got one of these and one of a very popular brand. This one is bulkier than the other which I don't care for, BUT, this one is WAY more comfortable and does a much better job reducing the pain of my tennis elbow. I found that the strap on the most popular brand digs into my skin, it's not an issue with this style. Tennis elbow tip: Last week while I was typing (I do a lot of that at work) my fingers started tingling, I thought oh no, not only do I have tennis elbow, now I'm starting to get carpal tunnel!!! I immediately bought a wrist brace and slept with it on. The next morning (when my tennis elbow hurts the most) I had NO pain!!!! I didn't expect a wrist brace to help tennis elbow but it does!!! So I wear the ELBOW brace during the day and the wrist brace overnight and the pain is greatly reduced!!

Awesome...until it's not. Lol
I had a hard time opening up the velcro at first, but once set in place it stayed really well. It's one of the best fitting straps I've bought so far; however, I developed hives on my arm where the circular pad touched my skin. Adjusting the strap is difficult because of the strong velcro, but I think the only deal-breaker is the hives. If not for that, I would still be wearing it.

Worked like a charm at a great price
I had great luck with the brace. It used to be too much tennis. Now it's too much computer work. Braces of this type all work under the same principle--grab the muscle. So the two things I look for are quality of materials and price point. Since I couldn't actually examine the quality without ordering I took a chance. It paid off.The brace is well made, comfortable, and easily adjusted. There's an internal raised circle that helps to isolate the pressure point. The SENTEQ is the equal of more expensive brands I've purchased at the drug store.I highly recommend.

Help with tennis elbow
Perfect as part of the treatment of tennis elbow, of course rest and medications are essential, but this has been a wonderful addition to the treatment as it helps the relaxation of that muscle group. It has very good material and is built to last

It works to reduce pain!
Pros: 1. The brace reduced pain within a few hours after a day of figuring out where to position it. 2. The brace is durable, made with good quality materials. 3. Within a day, I had less pain. Within a week (now), I am well on my way to healing. The intense pain is gone. 4. The brace helps a lot with lifting and daily activities. As I heal, I'll start doing more without it, but for now, it supports my elbow when I'm lifting or moving things, turning a jar lid, mowing, vacuuming, typing, etc. (You must still be careful not to overdo it, and icing the elbow once or twice a day is a significant part of healing).Cons: 1. More information included about positioning the brace correctly would be desirable. I have golfer's elbow, and the positioning is different than for tennis elbow. It took me a number of tries to get it right, which means waiting a while each time to see if it's helping. 2. This brace is difficult to apply, and it's the reason for 4 stars instead of 5, as well as only 3 stars for comfort. An elbow brace needs to be applied with one hand, obviously, and I have moderately severe arthritis in both wrists and all fingers. I can't apply it myself because the Velcro closure is SO strong. There's no way I can open the closure myself to loosen the brace and apply it. My husband has to open it for me every morning. I plan to buy another, simpler brace to use when he's not available to help me.
