Build a Smokehouse: Storey Country Wisdom Bulletin A-81

I bought this because the picture on the front clearly shows a smokehouse of wooden construction, which is what I plan to build. Unfortunately, although there is a wooden “box” smoker included, the plans for a “shed-like” smokehouse are for a concrete/brick construction. Very disappointing. Book is not rubbish, and has a little information, but be aware that the plans are for a pit, barrel, box and brick smokehouse only.

Smaller than expected but still very useful info. Nice little addition for novices

A great little book. Very specific instructions including required materials. Good enough to persuade me that if I had more land and more skill at outdoorsy stuff, I could do it, but pretty much convinced me that I won't be doing it!. Very prompt delivery. Enjoyed reading it.
