Great hooks
This is a great variety of hooks. I feel it leans a little bulky for me. I'm more likely to use a C than an L, but overall it usually has what I'm looking for.The hooks are well marked. I just finished a queen-sized crochet blanket and the paint did not wear off the hook even with that much handling. It didn't even fade. I like that they are color-coded even so, for fast recognition. They are sturdy. They are smooth and well made. They are comfortable in the hand. I use them all the time and I love them.

Great Hooks
This is the 2nd set of these hooks I have bought. My dog got hold of one in my 1st set. The sizes also rubbed off the first ones after I used them for a while. I saw a suggestion to paint over the size with clear nail polish. It works. The hooks are wonderful. They are warm & feel perfect in my hands. They glide effortlessly through the yarn. I can’t find these hooks anywhere locally. Knitter’s Pride has some similar ones they sell in “big box” hobby stores but they don’t look like they are the same quality. They cost more too! You really can’t beat these hooks for the price. Treat yourself to a set.

Great hooks, just watch out for the size markings.
I love wooden crochet hooks, they feel great in my hand when working. These are really nice, and I would have given it 5 stars, but the F and G hook are mis-marked. Since I crochet a lot, I can overlook that, but people who don't use needles a lot may pick the wrong one to used, based on the LETTER marking. The MM marking is correct

Excellent quality wood crochet hooks
I love each hook in this crochet set, I have used most of the hooks, haven't use the smallest or 2 largest hooks. I love the depth of hook and slight point of hook tip easily glides through the yard and off the hook without dropping the stitch like some of hooks do for me. I use a foam gripper on the smaller hooks to make hanging on the hook easier for me, I have RA in my hooking hand and my fingers don't curl around small objects to well. I love the lightweight and feel of the wood in my hand, very good price for this set of hooks. I like that they have painted the hook size on the flat part of hook, I have coated this area with clear nail polish as it was wearing off with use and glad I caught quickly before it was totally gone.

Will never use aluminum hooks again!
I love this set of crochet hooks! My daughter knits and she has a set of Knitter’s Pride straight needles. Since she loves them, I decided to try these hooks. So glad I did! They are VERY lightweight and are less stress on my hands. I am finding that my crochet style has changed and I do not crochet nearly as tight as I do with aluminum hooks. I would recommend to all my yarn loving friends!

Not worth $35
First of all these are very pretty hooks. I loved the look of them enough to pay $35 for them. But unfortunately the 3.5 broke the first time I used it. I was being very careful with it as I understand it is very thin but when I tried to pull up a loop, the hook end popped right off! The rest of them seem sturdy but I haven't used them yet, so I can't really say. Also the snap on the package broke apart after only being opened and closed just a few times.

Nicest crochet hooks I own, wish there was a 7mm
These are the nicest, most comfortable crochet hooks I own. Much warmer than the aluminum and obviously high quality, and beautiful to boot. I only wish they made a 7mm in the set, or a single to add to the set. The idea to brush clear nail polish over the printed numbers indicating size was brilliant. My only complaint is when working with the fuzzy twisted yarn I love so much, the hook tip is sharp and can split the yarn; but I've not had the problem working with normal yarn.

Not as advertised
I was back and forth between these and Knit Picks hooks for the longest time. From the pictures, they were almost identical. I ended up choosing these because 1) they were supposed to be a bit better quality 2) they were colour coded 3) they had the hook sizes on them and 4) the set included an 8mm hook. They took FOREVER to arrive (well over a month) and I didn't get what was advertised. As you can see plainly see in the picture the entire hook shape is completely different than what they show on their packaging.I contacted Knitter's Pride directly about this. After a couple of months of emailing back and forth, sending pictures etc. I was told that they changed the style around 2018 and had no complaints about them. I guess mine didn't count for anything. I suggested they should have updated their packaging as it's nothing but false advertising. And all I got was basically a 'sucks to be you' from them.Out of this whole set, I can really only use 3 of them and I have to be extremely mindful when using them as the split and snag the yarn so easily.I really wish I had chosen the Knit Picks instead.
