Outstanding USB-C Hub
I gave up waiting for Dell USB-C and Thunderbolt docks to be shipped after the supply shortage. I needed a USB-C hub that would work with Dell Latitude 5410 and 5420 laptops and dual monitors. I had purchased the Lasuney13-in-1 hub for a Dell Inspiron 7373 a few months earlier and was very impressed with the hub. Dual monitors, external hard drive, power supply, mouse, keyboard, network cable, and speakers all connected with ports to spare. No lag, no power problems. Laptop charges normally from the hub cable. Durable aluminum chassis. Doesn't run hot. You'll need to use the correct power supply with the hub to avoid inadequate power notifications. For the Dell Latitude 5410 and 5420 laptops, I had to purchase a 130W USB-C power supply knowing the laptops require 90W. I purchased a 65W USB-C power supply for the Latitude knowing that the laptop required 45W. The hub requires power, so you must provide enough wattage for the hub and laptop. Check the power output on the power brick provided with the laptop to determine the wattage required. The only shortcoming as others have mentioned is the length of the hub cable. 6 inches doesn't allow for placement of the hub behind the laptop. I purchased a 1.6FT 90-degree extension cable through Amazon allowing placement of the hub behind the laptop, out of sight. The extension has no impact on charging or performance.I highly recommend this 13-in-1 USB hub. Easy to connect and works well.Note, not all laptops are compatible with USB-C hubs. My Lenovo Flex-14 laptop does not allow charging or the use of external monitors through the USB-C port. This is a limitation of the Lenovo laptop and not the hub.

Complete docking solution
This docking hub has everything port you would need including support for two DPMI and one DP port for up to three displays. Only missin a RGB port which is also almost obsolete now. The 65W PD charger for my EliteBook can pass through charge the laptop . Size is compact and the aluminium casing makes this a sleek hub that matches MacBooks well. High recommended!

USB Ports Misbehaving
Been using this USB C dock for less than two years. Worked great at first, but now the only way I can get the USB ports to work is by restarting my computer with the dock plugged in. This is not acceptable. I'm very unimpressed.

Power Delivery Issue
(Using Thinkpad X1 Carbon Gen 6:)1. If use the laptop's original 65w adapter or 3rd party 65w GaN charger to the hub, system will detect it as 54w charging to the laptop, meaning the hub eats 11w even when nothing else is connected.2. There is noticeable electrical noise from the hub if connect the PD port to a 100w GaN charger (system will detect is as 89w, which is fine). There is almost no noise if connect the 100w GaN charger directly to the laptop without the hub. Also confirm the reduced power delivery and noise issues are not due to cable problem (tested with multiple certified and 100w type-c cables and found the same).Else are working fine.
