Heavy duty enough to haul firewood, etc., up to its weight limit.
Took me about 1 hour to assemble this cart, and about 30 minutes to unpack the parts, sort them all out via the assembly instructions, and organise my tools, before assembly. everything is pretty easy to put together, but I do suggest putting on the wheels on the frame before attaching the bed. When attaching the bed, finger tighten the bolts and nuts, then tip the trailer on its side to tighten, also if you can get a helper, that is the only real time where they can really assist! Tighten the two back sets of fasteners before finishing with the front pair, which are slightly smaller. I wound up with two extra washers, but that is it. The frame is good, heavier than I expected and the paint is superior. This is the largest dump wagon under $400 on the market, I like that it swivels and dumps. Will be excellent for hauling compost, gravel, and firewood with my small Kubota 4x4 machine, and will easily attach via the pin connector to the crossbar of my 3 point hitch. No missing parts! When the container arrived, one end of the box was broken open, but due to the way it was packed, no parts were missing! I am a 75 year old man and I work slow, but steady. No real challenge to its assembly. Glad I bought this one instead of the metal boxed alternative. I also like the wide stance or wheelbase on this cart.

A Hotmess to Assemble; After that, it's Great
The installation is as bad as everyone has described if not worse. No words; just diagrams. Little difference between the various bolts. No parts are labeled. No mention of needing a grease gun anywhere. If it wasn't for another reviewer, I never would have known. DO NOT USE THE VIDEO. The video is not correct. I went back and forth between the two and got messed up. Called Agri-Fab and they said the video may not be current (Geez thanks).Use a socket set and a set of wrenches; they just said 2 of each wrench is needed. Arrange and group the parts as per the diagram. Allow yourself plenty of time. A second person may be helpful as you near the end but is not necessary.Once assembled, it has been a great little cart so far. Moved around yards of mulch, compost and grass clippings without a problem. Saved a bunch of time and back strain. I have a Craftsman tractor and the attachment point for the hitch is low. I think it puts a bit pressure on the dump release which hasn't been as easy to disengage as I would like.Once you suffer through the assembly you should like the cart.

This is quality
Arrived in a timely fashion, in good order, found it to be well packaged. Had no problem matching parts up with diagram, then put washers and nuts to bolts, so as I grabbed each one, it was ready to go. I'm a retired USCG aviation maintenance technician, I found the instructions were simple to follow - assembly was easy, took about 1.5 hrs at a relaxed pace. Yes, (4) wrenches, (1) 3/8" drive ratchet, (4) sockets - no fuss, no muss. Install all hardware per step loose at first then tighten after all are in place. I did replace the 45° grease fittings with 90°'s, adjusted that I can get at them more easily with a grease gun. Those "bearings" are actually bushings, so yes, they need a thin coat of grease before install, then the cavity between axle / axle housing needs to be filled with grease via the fitting. The only issue I have is that the description in Amazon has 700 lb and 500 lb capacity listed - so, which one is it? 500, as per the instructions. Robust and solid, this unit will serve well.

Handy cart to have
This cart is very nice, a bit difficult to put together with only one person. The tongue sits low due to the larger tires, but over all a very nice cart

Nice cart, but many other issues
Nice cart for yard work...appears to be well built and should last a long time. Saying that, I noted the following issues -Assembly - instructions for tray latch placement on the tongue conflicts with the Agri-Fab video on YouTube; weight limit for the cart ranges from 500 to 700 pounds depending on where one looks; the tray is secured to the frame by six small bolts without washers; information on whether the wheel bearings should be or have been greased was not provided; and instructions for how to properly install the bolt the tray rests on were not provided.Engineering - The bolt the tray rests on and the latch assembly should have been better engineered - the bolt wouldn't have been needed if those two items had been better integrated. Larger bolt heads or washers should have been provided to secure the tray to the frame. As noted by others, better engineering would have eliminated the need for half dozen different wrenches to assemble the cart.Other thoughts - the tires were flat and the wheel bearings/shafts had not been greased. Parts should have been labelled instead of placed into a plastic bag.

Reliable
Very sturdy.AFTER PLACING THE HITCH PIN DOWN THROUGH TO SECURE TRAILER TO TRACTOR it is impossible it is impossible to fasten hitch pin. Will need to buy a hitch pin that you do not need to install a pin underneath to secure it. THIS IS A VERY POOR DESIGN.
