Not your run of the mill bouillon, I love it
This is the most natural tasting chicken soup starter I've used. It doesn't smell or taste like cheap bouillon. I made a pot of chicken soup by first making the broth, then adding raw celery, carrots, onion, and a bay leaf, and simmering awhile. Then I just added some previously roasted chicken. The result was nothing short of amazing. It was so good, I now want to try the beef stock. Going forward, I'll keep this in my pantry (doesn't need refrigeration), I can see so many recipe enhancing applications.

Delicious
This concentrate is wonderful to cook with and stores neatly in the refrigerator. So much easier than the cartons and cans filling the pantry.I do wish it were not bottled in plastic. No other complaints.

Great taste, takes up less space than the boxed liquid ones
I've used this instead of the boxed liquid. Costs less and takes up less space. I do use a bit more than recommended, but that's my personal preference.

Need a magnifying glass to read the label, LOL
The product is fine. Much better than dry bullion cubes and easier than the little stock packets that Knorr also sells.BUT the part of the label to see how much to put to make one cup of broth, especially when you aren't feeling well, is impossible. Tiny print on a yellow background. It looked like 1/4 teaspoon. No, it says shake and use 1 -1/4 teaspoon per cup of boiling water.
