I found both the shampoo and conditioner to be over-fragranced. The conditioner also seemed oddly lacking in slip and didn't do much to help with detangling or curl clumping. I have very wavy hair. I would think those with more texture would find this to be a miss as well. If you have extremely fine, low density, light waves, this may be a better fit. I do like the curl activator and defining cream from this line so was surprised by the shampoo/conditioner.

Terrible products. I’m a huge fan of the Perfect Hair Day line so I thought I’d try this out for natural hair days. The shampoo was extremely drying which is extra frustrating because most people who curly/wavy hair already deal with dryness. The conditioner did nothing to soften or help deranged. Very disappointed.

Too expensive and not worth it. The shampoo does not foam, and the conditioner does not, in fact, soften my hair.My mother’s brand of shampoo, which cost about $5, did more for my hair than Living Proof.

I finally got my curls back!!! So I recently went on a color faze and the bleaching left my hair so dry and damaged that my natural curls wouldn't come through it was just a frizzy mess. But I recently watched a brad mondo video were he said people should spend a Lil more on their shampoos and conditioners. Always wanted to try this brand. Glad I did because I'm never looking back!! Side note bought from ulta beauty.

Soft hair
