Started taking this and i have put weight on, yet still maintaining a calorie-controlled diet with a daily calorie deficit. To enhance this is a poor and overpriced product I have over 18 months lost 4 1/2 stone maintaining a strict training regime along with a controlled diet. Yet since using this, I have put weight on 5 lbs, how does that work.I would definitely stay away from this product as it does not work and is way overpriced. an expensive mistake on my part, don't believe the hype, this is a poor product

After reading about this product for years, I decided to give it a go. First I must say I used Animal cuts fat burners (on and off for 3 years) and got very good results. However, I think my body was getting used to it, therefore the effects wasn't the same anymore. I also found out they changed the formula. So I decided it was time to try something new.Instant knockout cuts, I have read and seen this product online for years.All I can say it has zero effect on me, everything they claimed it would do, it didn't.I felt hungry, I had no extra boost, I did not sweat, (I sweat a huge amount very easily).I haven't finished the bottle yet, so far it's been a very expensive waste of money.

Maybe worked (it's hard to tell though when you're dieting and exercising whilst taking). In terms of energy and feeling full, I preferred phen Q. Maybe also gave me awful piles too, so watch out😁

Too much expectation from a product. Does not work for everybody. No for me either .Better to do normal exercise in my opinion.

I'm about halfway through these, with a great diet and exercise and making zero difference.
