Initial shipment was crushed, the box was fine. A return shipping label was provided, returned, new and intact product sent. Good product, once you receive what you ordered.

Doesn’t fit with inner filter
Wasted a lot of money on this to not fit over white filter cartidge. Should have tried it when I got it. Waited to use it thinking it was compatible because the product manuals are poorly written. Less isn’t more in informations
