A little difficult to work the bottom teeth, but if you follow the directions exactly it will conform well. Top teeth tray came out well.

These molds come inside a case that you can store them in when not being used. It also comes with directions and how to use the molds. It tells how to fit them easily to your teeth. Easy to use.
