Fluid Chamber Series 1000 Mid Fill Softside Waterbed Chamber by Innomax Cal King

I sprung a leak and needed a replacement. First, as the other reviewer wrote, this is a terrific product. But beyond that, Innonmax, the manufacturer, couldn't have been more helpful when I called them asking for advise, before purchasing, and afterwards as well. A great company, with not only an internet presence but an actual showroom in Denver, so, when you call, you get somebody who knows what they are talking about and is eager to do so. I also needed a new liner and Innomax was helpful in this regard as well, and the liner itself is terrific.This chamber has a novel feature that bears mention: Unlike other/most fiber-filled waterbeds, once the foam inside becomes fully saturated, it takes a few days of the water moving around inside the chamber, adding more water beyond the saturation point of the fiber-fill actually makes the mattress softer. So, if you feel the mattress is too soft after a few days remove water instead of adding. I've been sleeping on a waterbed for my entire adult life. About twenty years ago made the switch to a softside bed to get away from the wood side rails and to be able to have an adult looking bed. I got twenty years of service out of the bladder that came with the bed system. It was an 80% waveless with a single fiber mat. This Innomax 1000 is THE BOMB! This mattress has given my bed new life, period. It is totally waveless, I mean you can't get any water motion at all. The lumbar support and fiber fill in this bladder is a vast improvement over the old technology of the twenty year old bladder. The top has a texture to it that does not make a sound at all against the vinyl top cover.Would I buy this again YES. Would I recommend it to others YES. Look no further if you are in the market for a bladder, this is a well designed product and hopefully you will be as happy with it as I am.Bill
