The item is great. The shipping on the other hand is the issue. The item seems to be jammed into a bag too small for it. The closing mechanism is torn apart at the seams. The item was also put in a clear bag for everyone's eyes.

This is a cute stuffed animal, but is advertised as similar to a squishmallow, which it is not. It is stuffed with lumpy material rather than a uniform soft material. Still, my young nieces love them!
