Darkblood Academy: Book Three: Demons (A Supernatural Academy Series 3)

The story is varied and fun. I enjoy reading these books, and I recommend this author to my family and friends ~ I just love these books, and I can't wait to get to the next one.

I absolutely LOVED book three and it guts me to give a 4 star rating instead of the 5 like I wanted to do. The plot moved at a perfect pace, the scenes were never boring or length and I feel like there was fantastic character growth for Drake. However, Luna's behaviors regarding Ryder slightly bothered me, she allowed herself to get caught up in all of her pain of missing and loving him instead of looking at the bigger picture. She acted like her suffering and living life without him was the only thing that mattered at certain times throughout the book, while at other times, she took charge of her fate, the situations she was placed in and handled them like a champ. In a way, I feel like she took a few steps back in character growth which is why I took 1 star off.I will say that I loved how much more of a role Drake played in this book. He was every bit of his normal, icy self but we also got to see another side of him, one that seems to be reserved for Luna's eyes only. I adored Ryder in books one and two but after reading book three, Drake has taken the place of my top choice for Luna. Although there are complications surrounding his role back in the Winter Court, I'll be curious to see what happens with his family's expectations and his personal needs/wants/desires - will loyalty and duty force him back home? I sure hope not!I am looking forward to the fourth and final book of the series (I also hope it's a bit longer in page count too!)

Between fighting for her life and the lives of her team, Luna's love life has imploded. Will she continue to fight for the bad boy she loves, or will a certain Fae Prince throw his hat into the ring.I really enjoyed the highs and lows in everyone's fight to conquer the evil dark lord and find love in the process.

For YA it moves rapidly and follows the plot very well. Characters really come alive. Great read. I highly recommend

She writes with so much passion and so vivid, that it feels like you are a part of their world..... ❤️🙃 can’t wait to see what happens next.It’s so exciting to see a few relationships forming , this book made me cry, laugh, scream 😱 at some of the underworld people, especially Luxora and her minions.I definitely recommend this book this series.... Book 3 did not top book 1 and 2. I struggled a little with this one because it seemed like a lot of dragging out of Ryder's disappearance and what's going on with Drake. Overall good series so far.

Tons of action in this book. Luxora is growing increasingly more annoying with each chapter. They just need to end her and make everyone’s life easier. I’m curious, can “demons” have a fated mate? The connection/spark between L and R resembles one.

I’d give this a solid 3.5 stars. It’s not the best writing, but it’s a great story. I think this is the best of the series so far. If there was greater attention to detail and the flow, I’d love this to pieces. The flow is fairly good overall. There are just moments that seem to get slammed shut and then you’re jumping into something else. Lots of teasers lol. I love how the story is playing out though.

I’ve read the others books in the series and I’ve really gotten into it. The author has created an in-depth world to get lost in with an interesting story. The strange swearing replacements bothered me at the start, but they’re easy to get used to. Can’t wait to see how it unfolds between Drake, Luna, and Ryder!

I loved it. Couldn't put it down. Such a riveting tale and that gets you so engrossed that you actually feel like you're a part of the story.

This third books shows a turnover and the new paths that Luna follows. The story keeps all the mystery, plots, and romance from the others. Eager for the next.

If you are into Harry Potter and twilight - mix in two very hot love interests and this is just brilliant. This is really for everyone interested in sci fi paranormal romance and a little comedy to make it that much more fun.
