Sound crisp, but needs a clean high fidelity audio source
The BBE sound enhancer works well but needs a clean, high fidelity audio source to function properly.Here are a few points and observations:1) Works well off 12v AC or DC supply.2) Output is clean, no noise.3) Can't reduce bass or treble, can only enhance.4) Gain in bass or treble is is not very high, but is harmonious and sounds good to the ear.5) It's not a preamp, but can control the volume.6) Needs a clean source to run well, such as a good DAC.7) Does not sound too good if run over a Bluetooth connection that cuts down on high and low frequency(nothing to enhance if it isn't there).8) Works well over Bluetooth supporting aptX, lossless connection.9) Overall is a good investment, there are not many ICs supporting such functionality.

Not Upto the mark
This unit does not do as promised. There is destruction of the inputs from a lossless bluetooth decoder.
