I can't say that it is appropriately sealed and protected from contamination as the plastic seal around the bottleneck remained intact, tho the cap was completely unscrewed from the bottle. And when I opened the bottle, there's no even a foil that covers the bottle's mouth. Each capsule measures approximately 1inch, which can be hard to swallow for some people. It has no foul odor. I'm not an expert, and I rely on reliable websites about nutritional requirements for supplements. Experts say that this 500mg is just enough as a daily supplement. However, I am not sure how much vitamins and minerals one can get from a 500mg of broccoli supplement. I've been taking this for a couple of days now, my tummy feels a bit upset, but goes off after a while. This is to be taken once a day, so a bottle lasts up to 2months. And as a quality auditor, I highly suggest reinforcing a good way to seal the bottle appropriately. It has no GMP or other quality management certificate to prove that its customers are getting the most from its product. I've seen how other companies produce their supplements, so I could say that this product needs to be improved. It is too early to question the quality of the capsule and its content tho.

I suggest any man do some research on how broccoli will help them with libido, sperm count, and general well-being. Broccoli is full of folate. There is so much research, especially from Spain that suggests that taking such supplements will help balance estrogen, increase libido, and improve sperm. If you are suffering from these kinds of problems taking this supplement should help. Broccoli is also packed with other nutrients such as magnesium which helps with 320 different mechanisms within the body. Taking this supplement will help with blood pressure through to muscle cramps and heart health. I could keep going and going about the benefits of taking a broccoli-based supplement, but please do your own research. The question is does this product work? The simple answer appears to be yes it does. The first effect a lot of people get when taking a broccoli supplement is that it will give you gas and in some cases an upset stomach. Whilst the side effects from this tablet were not too strong, I certainly had more gas than usual. You can also feel an increased libido. This does not happen right away, but over a week you will feel different. Once it is in the body and you maintain the levels of this supplement, you maintain that feeling. So to cut a long story short, yes it works and yes I would recommend this product for a male of 35+.

This seems to be a good product. The tablets are not too big, and once you open the container you get a scent of broccoli. I was first interested in Sulforaphane when reading about how it can benefit brain function and potentially prevent or improve certain problems. I was happy to try this. I don't think you'll see any immediate effects, but I'd be happy to invest in this in the long term to see if it helps keep me healthy. It is a bit pricey, but you only need one a day so it will last 2 months.

This is a decent sized container of 60 broccoli capsules, they're not too big to swallow, they're a standard size and are packed with 500mg of goodness. I'm taking these as a bit of a detox, they're good for your liver and in a busy life I don't get a chance to eat the number of vegetables I would like to so I feel like these help out. If you're not used to a lot of vegetables they may make you feel a little bloated, I'm OK with them but my Partner found he was a little windy!! It depends on your general reaction to vegetables! Recommended, a healthy, beneficial supplement.

For me these didn't really have a flavour. Broccoli is a great way to cleanse the digestive tract, so after eating some dodgy food and paying the price, I've begun to take these. This is also well known to cleanse the blood. It has so many health benefits , and very little side effects. I myself take these without any negative effects. If you believe you need more broccoli in your life, these are perfect!!

Dosage a little high; can cause breakouts. Would recommend researching what you may need for your situation in terms of dosage.
