First time taking creatine and since I was already familiar with Promix I obviously chose them. Honestly they have to be one of the best out there! clean ingredients, works well. the only thing is it didnt dissolve well but I think that might have been my fault since i think i was using a smaller cup and not enough water !😹

I use these when I’m on the road. This is a much better option than dealing with measuring out powder when traveling. Dissolves as expected. Easy to use. Zero flavor. Absolutely recommended.

There is a scoop in this product but it’s all the way at the bottom of the bag. Found it after I dumped it all out into a container. I have not experienced any bloating and after one week of use I actually do feel stronger in the gym. I put it in my coffee which makes it a bit bitter but it’s just how I like taking it.

Let the record show that I’ve never used another creatine powder. But this one does the trick for me. No stomach issues. Moderately decent price. No flavor.

I use this brand and it mixes well no chunks left in the bottom of the bottle. I’ve shopped around for a while and I’m only using Promix Supplements now. Doesn’t mess my stomach up.

I had high hopes for this product because i really like their protien powder, however i wish i would have went with another brand. Not sure if the packets I ordered were defective, but the grid where you tear them was way too high and didn’t open the packets at all. Quite a few of them went to waste because I tried, they just split right down the middle, so i always had to cut them open with scissors. Didn’t notice any changes in muscle growth or strength. They did mix pretty well in water and had no funny smell or taste. I will probably stick with regular capsules— way less of a pain to deal with and less expensive.

Dissolves super easy and does not feel super grainy in your throat.
