Solid feel, works well

The spreading knives are ergonomically designed to be comfortable to hold and easy to use. I also like that they are completely stainless steel. The previous brand I bought had a separate resin handle, but it was difficult to clean the space between the blade and the handle. Since cleaning and having sanitary utensils is critical for use with food, I am much happier with the well designed, elegant, and easy to clean spreaders from BOSKA.

I'm happy with the purchase but these blades are difficult to sharpen and do not take a sharp edge. That is something you should consider when purchasing. They are very easy to clean and are relatively effective in slicing cheese, less so for everything else I've tried.

This is a great set that works with any cheese board, from marble to wood. They feel very substantial (heavy) to hold them. Three of the cutting knives are very sharp and work with any cheese I have attempted, from hard to soft. Even the spreading knife is thin enough to cut and spread. The knife with the holes does a great job releasing soft and/or sticky cheeses.

Perfect for soft cheese lovers. This is meant for cutting cheeses such as brie or blue cheese. It doesn’t give enough surface to stick to the knife and works wonderfully. I like the quality in this item
