I started on these and felt pretty bloated for a couple of days so decided to stop. A week later I came back to them as I had noticed a significant change after just two days of taking them. I now take them every day with no bloating and I can’t believe the difference they have made. I feel so much healthier and reassured after taking these and will continue to do so.

This is a good product but I since realised there are other products out there with a higher bacteria and CFU count so I only used it once.

This product is a good strength with a good dose of Probiotics. It contains 8 different strains and 14 Billion cultures.I take it in the morning on an empty stomach, but after taking BA and the PreBiotic. Slowly my gut flora has gotten better. I have fewer IBS symptoms, less bloating and overall I feel so much better.This is an excellent product that works. I am happy to recommend it.

The other way to check is to empty the powder into a glass of milk, and then pour another glass of milk and dont put any powder in. If live bacterias are contained within the tablet, the 2 milk samples will be significantly different.
