Sturdy product. Should still secure to the wall though for extra precaution. My 10 month old son pulls off the empty jugs with little to no effort. Don’t want him trying to stand up on an empty rack and risk it falling over. It’s a good size jug holder. Assembling it was fairly easy. Works so good that we bought a second one

This 5 gallon water bottle holder is well built, easy to put together and very sturdy. After reading some of the reviews of missing pieces, misaligned holes and poor instruction I was concerned. My experience was very different. The instructions are complete and easy to understand. The hardware package includes extra washers, screws and two hex wrenches for assembly. All the shelves, screws and brackets lined up properly and were easy to assemble. My only suggestion is to be sure to leave all the assembly screws loose until you install and tighten the screws on the back brace.

This rack is very sturdy and works well in a small space. Easy to put together. Took me about 15 minutes. I've used it now for several months and put a lot of water in and out of it and it's very sturdy.

EDIT: 1 year later to raise it a star because it's worked without problems or any failures over the past year or two and has proved its durability.OLD REVIEW: Product arrived in a basic cardboard box with only plastic wrap and no packing or zip ties at all to make the contents rigid, and the box was damaged from all the metal sliding around. During assembly it became obvious the tolerances are off by up to 1/8 inch. Because of this, both back brace pieces were bowed after assembly. The threads on the shelves are not deep enough to allow some of the bolts to go in fully; and I also had one defective bolt with bad threads. The manual is incomplete and is poorly translated, and has no information at all on the back braces.The frame is not symmetric because of the back brace holes, which will fool a lot of people during assembly, and the manual does not warn of this or describe how to orient all the pieces. I've assembled a lot of DIY kits over the years so I was alert about this possibility, and saw right away that the frame indeed does have a back and a front. It was still confusing though, so I had to go to Amazon to look at the product and make sure all the pieces were turned the correct way.The positives are that the black frame looks good, all parts were there with one extra part each, and the metals seem strong enough for the job. But due to the problems with poor fit and bowed pieces, I am not fully confident that this product will last a long time. I have to give this a solid average 3-star rating: not good, but not bad either. It will do the job but if the manufacturer had paid more attention to quality and details, this could have been a better product and a better assembly experience.

When we first got the bottle service we only got 4 bottles and was not a big deal. When the water got popular we now have 8 to 10. The bottles were everywhere. Now they take the space of two bottles. Decent quality for the price.

Put it together by sight no instructions I love it

I have 5 jugs on it right now. Still holding up.

Keeps the area tidy. Clean and neat looking after the bottles sat on the ground.
