Replacement for Elite2
Our upstairs instant showers have to be fed from the cold water tank (rather than mains) and we have two separate Mira showers to do that. This replaced an Elite2. Firstly the price here was very competitive and delivered in 2 days and secondly our own plumber manager to fit it without the need of an electrician as it is a straight replacement right down to screwholes.There are some noticeable differences in that it is much much quieter (the motor is insulated inside the unit). Even the plumber was impressed. We had a narrow head on the old shower giving quite a forceful shower but have set this to a rainfall setting which is softer but I quite like and it is more than adequate. Interestingly the setting is best on medium. Turning to high gives very hot water.Very happy with the replacement. So much so that I am thinking of replacing my other one which works well, purely because of the quietness.

Third time lucky.
This is the third Mira tank fed power shower i have had.....the last one lasted 10 years. Highly recommended.

Replacment for a Elite ST
This product is a direct replacement for my now failed 7 year old Mira Elite ST, which as been a great shower with full control and water pressure from the internal pump.Now this Mira Elite SE is USELESS,I cannot control the temperature, on high with the temperature turned right down to cold, the water is scalding hot and on ECO with the temperature turned to suitable level, the internal pump is useless for water pressure.This has got to be the worst shower I have bought.Bear in mind, I am comparing it to the old and excellent Mira Elite ST model.

Straightforward to install. Pretty quiet. Overall very pleased.

direct replacement for QT model
the SE model is much quieter but the pump is not as powerful as the QT model, when the outside temperature was in the high 20's I could not get the shower temperature right for me on ECO it ws just a bit too hot and on Low too cold, otherwise the quietness is very good

Excellent product
This is one of the best showers we have ever bought. We have low pressure and thought it would be no good. We were wrong. You push the start button wait for the orange light to go out and in you go.Very rarely it goes cool our old Mira was doing it all the time. We are very pleased with this product and recommend it highly
