excellent product....wonderful scent

This product was defective. I’ve used this product for over 40 years. It smelled wrong, it was watery rather than creamy. Can’t send it back as I didn’t start using it until after the return window had expired.

Thank goodness I was able to find the Aramis after shave balm at a reasonable price. I really dislike alcohol based after shave lotions because they sting. This balm is wonderful.

As my picture will show, the Aramis I have used many years on the right is creamy and white. This same product that I bought is supposed to be the same product. I'm no chemist, but that nasty substance on the left that came out of the tube is not the same. Total waste of time and money.

This is supposed to be a balm. I use it in the glass jar, but got this for travel. What is inside is a watery slush with some scent. Total waste of money.

The product was delivered promptly. However, while the Aramis shaving balm had the same good fragrance, I was very disappointed by the quality of the balm. It is so thin and watery and constantly spills out of the tube. It is therefore difficult to use (apply to the face) compared with the Aramis balm sold in bottles at stores like Macys, where the balm has a thicker and richer consistency and is so much easier to use and apply to the face. I wonder whether this lower quality is the result of poorer packaging of the balm in tubes or temperature which causes it to melt more. I do not understand why the balm in a tube is of poorer quality that the bottled version. I will be reluctant to order this product again if the quality is inferior. Thanks.Herbert V.
