The customer service was superb. When I had to arrange an exchange a couple of times due to sizing probs, they sent out the another covers very promptly and also arranged collections. Can't fault this company at all.The cover fits perfectly onto my Wave Spa hot tub. I just tucked the bottom under as the height is higher, but isn't a problem, easily tweaked.My hot tub is now protected against all weathers, love it.
