It’s a book not sure what else I can say.

When i bought my car, i enquired as to why no service record book. Told its all on line, and we keep the records… still wanted an old style record and at last found this on the web site. What surprises me, can get this why do VW not supply them. Good quality, and quick delivery. Price is ok, as it’s the only way to get one.
