Tarrago Leather Dye Kit with Deglazer and Applicator - Restore & Recolor Shoes, Boots, Purses, Wallets, Jackets, and Furniture - Rich Pigment - 25mL

I have to give to them, this is a great product if you want to change the color of your leather shoes or any other leather items you may own. As you can see I purchased these shoes and foolishly used another polish on them which happen to ruined my cool gray shoes, the polish gave them an odd blue hue so I decided to make them another color all together and you see the results in the following set of photo. I made the shoes a Congac (#49) color and they came out like that was the color I purchased them in. Now it did take some work stripping the old finish off and the little preparer fluid bottle provided isn't enough to prepare the shoes so I used nail polish remover which is basically acetone to finish the stripping process and it did pay off at the end with the results. Like one customer stated, I may just be tempted to start playing around with different colors or combinations and make a lower end shoes look very expensive.

Works fine for dyeing leather handbag and it also works on various leather items, such as shoes and wallet. BY following the instruction, it's easy to use and apply, but needs more works than expected and the sponge is small.

I put another color (luxury orange) prior to this one but it was too orange for me. So I bought this color and it is perfect. Yes it takes some patience to get the color depth that you expect to see, but after about five coats, the color resembled the sample on the box. The color is easy to apply. This product is not that expensive in case you make a mistake and get the wrong color. We are delighted with the end result. And you'll also end up with a look, like the shoes were polished. I have used this product before and was very happy with the end results too.

It’s quite easy to apply. I am old, so it was kind of messy on the trim of the soul but that clear liquid seems to clean it up nicely

This was perfect to cover scuffs on my tieks. It was easy to apply. I got some on my hands, but it washed right off. Love what it did for my shoes!

This product produced an opaque result that doesn't conform to the description of a "dye." More like paint, it covers damaged leather fairly well if one takes the time and care to apply a heavy enough coat, though the final result is somewhat fragile. Expecting something that would 'soak into' the leather surface to which it's applied, this was somewhat disappointing. However, if one is careful to buff the finish resulting from the meticulously applied 'dye' material, it does cover quite well. After concluding the application, and allowing sufficient time for drying, the further treatment with a matching shoe polish produced an attractive result, albeit somewhat fragile. Since using this product approximately a month ago, and wearing the newly-renewed shoes sporadically, there have been two occasions when it was necessary to reapply it to 'touch up' a few scuff marks. In my opinion, its biggest drawback is that it doesn't produce a durable finish that can withstand minor encounters as one would expect with normal wear without scuff marks that reveal the underlying damaged or worn leather surface.I also used it to refurbish a belt of the same color. Thus far, I am only able to report that the color and finish are acceptable, though this product won't totally conceal damaged leather surfaces, so the result isn't perfection.There may be other products that actually soak into leather while 'renewing' the surface as well If so, I'd try one of them. If nothing other than leather treatments that resemble this product, I'd recommend using this one because of its relatively low cost.

The media could not be loaded.  I used on a stained Coach vintage wallet! I purchased blue and red color! I LOVE so much! Go slowly I used a paint brush and the coverage is perfect

I’ve purchased this metallic shoe dye many times. It goes on really well, sometimes taking a bright, or silver colour to a more subdued hue. Works really well!
