I have hyper mobile knees and they tend to drop if I stay in one position and they're not supported. This is great to go inde them. Not too high and has a good firmness to it but isn't too firm. Would recommend if you need something to help support your knees. Also good for behind your back aswell not too soft to squish to nothing, but not too firm to feel too hard.

Good quality and just the right firmness I required. Great that the cover is easy to remove and wash and put back on again.

Pillow it's very small like for child.Foam it's not very good quality.Price too high for this quality.

Following a knee injury I can't straighten my knee fully without pain/discomfort so ordered this to sit up in bed. It's perfect. It's just the right angle to support and is lovely and soft. Easy to clean. Highly recommended

I bought this cushion to help with my sciatic leg it's perfect. Small enough and comfortable to go under knees or placed between legs. This morning I used to support back whilst sitting up in bed. Has really helped with pain management.
