Utopia Bedding Duvet,10.5 Tog coverless Duvet with Corner Tabs, Box Stitched Quilt (Super King, White)

I purchased this quilt mainly because I struggle to put on a duvet cover on my current king size duvet. As it has corner tabs that help secure it to a duvet cover, the option of using the quilt with a cover iis there, if needed.The duvet arrived well packaged and vacuum packed and looked very thin with lots of wrinkles. I had my doubts about whether iI would be able to use it as a winter duvet. I shook it out and put it in the tumble dryer on low heat for 15 mins. So, yes, a king size fits in a tumble dryer, so hopefully it will also fit in the washing machine when the time comes. It came out of the dryer wrinkle free and the filling had expanded to what I think is a true 10.5 tog duvet. The box stitching prevents the filling from clumping and was spread evenly throughout the duvet.The duvet fits on the bed perfectly with plently of overhang at the sides and bottom of the bed and looks impressive. I thought i might need to used an extra throw over it but no need, as It is light but very warm and comfortable and provides good insulation.Given that I don't know yet if the quilt will fit in my washing machine, I use a top sheet under it to protect it, to increase the time that I will need to think about washing it.Overall, I am extremely happy with this duvet and will never use a traditional duvet again. It is a game-changer for anyone who struggles with putting on a duvet cover. It's lightweight, warm, cosy and a great price too and I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality duvet. I have just purchased another, a single this time, in the same grey colour for my daughter's bed!

This item is great, it's like sleeping unter a feather. It keeps me warm and not to hot. I hated waking up feeling sweaty and with this duvet I don't. I do have a cover on it even though it's not needed as I picked the green colour.... Going to buy for the grandchildren as they are lovely and light and look well made. Feels like u just have a cotton sheet over you, but it's a duvet that keeps that chill off and I sleep under the window that's open all year...Deffo recommend.

Not quite as depicted, the pictures show a much thicker product and the material looks different in the close-up pictures. Nevertheless, it is a nice product,Mia would say it’s worth the money

This is a fabulous duvet and I'm really happy with it.Evri delivered the parcel and when I opened it I was pleased to see that it was really well wrapped. The duvet had been vacuum packed to fit its packaging but came out and puffed up just fine. No packaging scent to it.It is soft to touch and the advertised description is all correct. Stitching is good quality and the filling does stay in place.I have chosen to put it into a duvet cover to preserve its quality and longevity.The weight is perfect for me, I get too hot and then get chilly so this is the perfect t cosy compromise.Ive slept far better with this duvet.I would happily buy more from this seller and this brand.

Came back 6 months later as I got another one and thought it deserved a great review. We have bought quite a few inexpensive divets for our air bnb room and this one has really lasted so well. I love it’s colour and the stuffing stays bouncy and so soft. Maybe a little lighter than 10.5 tog but I would say it has been fine for winter. Very pleased so am buying another as we have a friend staying on the sofa soon. Excellent product.

I was struggling to change the cover on my king size feather duvet and I'm finding it too heavy. This duvet is a game changer! It's the same tog rating as the feather one but so much more lighter and comfortable, but still warm without overheating. And no fighting to change the cover!

I bought this as I was tired of over-hot duvets that are a tussle to wash, a fight to fit into duvet covers, and which leave me sweaty in the mornings. I wanted something lightweight. Not everyone wants to bathe in their own sweat in the night and I also loved the fact that this quilt came in colours other than white.I could not be happier, and while I can see why some have said this is too thin, too light, etc--do give it a try and sleep under it before commenting. The performance of this quilt is excellent, way better than I had expected. It keeps me warm and snug while not over-heating me as I sleep, and now that the initial creases have dropped out, it looks lovely.I adore the fact that this is so versatile, too. I can carry it about the house easily, use it as a throw on the sofa when I am snuggling up on a cool night, or I can have it as a comforter, or an all-in-one duvet replacement for all-night sleep. The latter is what I use it for most, and I love waking feeling warm but not sticky, and unlike with a duvet, I do not get woken up in the early hours because I am roasting. I don't wake with my feet out of the end of the bed because I was overheated!I love this so much that I started using it as a quilt on my double bed---even though it is a single quilt! It is just so perfectly cosy to sleep under that reverting to a duvet would have been a disappointment. So now, I have also bought the double version and I will buy a second single too. I can also recommend sleeping on top of the double and under a second one so that you get the truly toasty feeling on a really cold night!I'd say this quilt is about 10.5 togs and that is perfect for me. Lovely garment, soft and easy to wash too. Wouldn't be without it and look forward to buying more of these.

Nice duvet, nice colour. Comfortable. I don’t think it’s a 20.5 tog. It’s very thin and would not be suitable for colder weather. O.K. For spring and summer but definitely not a winter duvet.
