Great device if you know what you doing. Keep in mind that's not a fully TV loaded box you need to setup all by yourself. I didn't focused on manual but supported myself Internet search engines and setup this box in an around hour from basic to fully functional TV box.

The instructions are dire. Even when you consult the on-line manual (which you'll have to because the hard copy tells you nothing) you'll still struggle to decipher what actions to take to get the thing to work. How others have been able to comment that they have it up and running in 5 minutes is beyond me. I now have 1800 channels of Hotbird - super! - but still haven't deciphered how to create a favourites list. It also refuses to connect to my wifi when it's sitting right beside my smart telly. But the quality of the picture is great - I'm sure I'll work out the rest eventually.

Great product, plug in switch on 15 mons later I had 821 channels

Instructions to download firmware do not work - the Web page it takes you to has a list of downloads but not what to download. When I wrote to manufacturers for help, this was the reply. 'H11S can not use android software as H9S SE, you can only use H11S image from openpli or openatv' so I am none the wiser, returning it to Amazon.
