Hi, sorry for the confusion, we are currently working on updating our titles and descriptions. These pads are for rear.

Q: What is the difference in the three options offered?

If you are talking about the three levels of pads and rotors, it comes down to the braking power. The base Power Stop items (Z16 with no prefix on part number) is the OEM equivalent, the Z23 is a step up in power and the Z36 (Tow and Haul) is the maximum. It is best to buy and replace the pads and rotors as a set and they are available as a kit.
