DEAD BATTERY!!!! NEVER WORKED!!!
This product deserves no stars because this watch never worked. It never powered on after charging. This was the ONE and ONLY Christmas present my daughter asked for from Santa and it ended up making her sad because it didn’t work. Imagine how excited she was when she opened this gift that she had been wishing for for months and then the disappointment when it didn’t work on Christmas day!!! I’m a Prime member and can’t even conveniently return this at an Amazon drop-off center. Instead, the seller wants me to pack this, print a shipping label and pay for postage (which will probably cost more than the watch). WASTE OF MONEY and SAD CHRISTMAS MEMORY!
