I want to buy a set of these glasses, but I need 7 glasses. Can I purchase one extra glass?

I have not seen them for sale as new glasses other than as a set. You might try eBay or similar web sites for a used glass.

Can the water glasses be used for hot drinks?

I only purchased the wine glasses and they are fine crystal, so I don’t think it’s a good idea

If you carefully secure the glasses in a dishwasher, it can be done. I did it once without any damage, but I prefer to handwash whenever possible.
