Absolutely a MUST HAVE!!! Great cookbook and more!
So I recently ate at the restaurant Texas De Brazil and was so impressed with the food that I just had to have this cookbook! I'm absolutely thrilled over it! It has the recipes for all the different meats we ate that day in the restaurant as well as that fabulous Lobster bisque I had. Its very informative in the beginning about the different skewers to use for which cuts of meat. The special grill used to cook the meats, it has very detailed instructions on how to build your own, which my husband and I really loved because we are already planning on building it now! It also has instructions on how to build a 4 cross spit. This food is amazing using these recipes at home, just as it was in the restaurant! I'd buy this again if anything ever happened and have strongly recommended it to family and friends that love to grill, have been to the restaurant and loved it, or just like to try new and good food! This cookbook is absolutely amazing and saying I highly recommend it doesn't even cover how much I love this cookbook and food and think anyone should try it!

Awesome tutorial on churrasco cooking and way of life
Loved it from start to finish. This isn’t just about some recipes, it’s about an amazing culture. While learning the history of churrasco, you also learn what music to play while cooking it, how to make guests hungry by burning fat as they arrive and even what color you should paint your homemade grill (instructions included.)

Great gift idea for grilling chefs.
Wonderful book for the grilling chef I n the family, gave this to my daughter along with a set of Brazilian meat skewers she was thrilled to bits. Spent the next half hour planning her menu for spring grilling. (Too cold in mid December!)

If you like Churrasco!
This book is written by one of the directors of Texas De Brazil. What I like about it is how it gives a gringo like me some background on the Gaucho Life as well as has the recipe's they use in Texas de Brazil.I have only made one recipe so far (the Parm Crusted Pork Loin). It uses the the TDB marinade, which I've made 4x so far and has been awesome every time. It is my wife and my favorite dish. Honestly I recently purchased the same dish from Texas de Brazil and I found that the one I made is better.I can't wait to try more recipes in this book, but for now, we're hoooked on the Parm encruseted Pork Lion.Overall I really enjoyed reading the material about he gauchos and how the Author shows you everything, from making a simple Grill to the marinades they use in the restraunt. How often do you get that?

Awesome and authentic book!!!
I’m from Brazil and it’s hard to find a good cooking book with authentic Brazilian recipes! I bought this one as a gift and I’m planning on getting one for myself! 99% of the recipes are super traditional to Brazilian culture!!

Such a great book!
After a trip to Brazil, I was completely hooked on churrasco! When I got home, I built a custom fire pit and churrasco stand that went over it to get everyone else hooked on it too. I bought this book solely for the recipes and had no intention of reading the first half of the book, but once I started I read the whole thing from cover to cover and loved it all. The author has a serious passion for his craft that is contagious. Whether you are just interested in Brazilian barbecue or you are obsessed with making it at home, you’ll love the book.

My husband and I both lived in Brazil for a time and are always searching for a good recipe book. This one has some great ones that taste just like Brazil. Highly recommend if you are looking for authentic churrasco recipes.
