Not a fan of the leather, it feels really cheeap. I don't feel it's worth $30. The bamboo is really nice, but overall feels cheap. Also the face of the watch looks like it's fake wood but I don't know for sure.

This watch is so beautiful. I love the color of the bamboo and the dark leather band on it. It's also incredibly light and doesn't weigh down your wrist. The face on the watch is nice and large and easy to tell time.I got this as an early Father's Day gift for my dad and he loved it. He's a big watch fan and he really was digging the wooden aspect of this watch. I don't necessarily think this is an every day kind of watch, it could be, but it depends on what you do all day. Obviously you don't want to expose it to too much water. He hasn't tested it in too much water but just washing his hands with the watch has been fine.The color of the wood is gorgeous and the band is leather and he was raving about how soft the band was compared to his plastic digital watch. The bamboo on the back of the watch (the part that touches your wrist) is soft as well. He said that it doesn't irritate his skin or grab at arm hairs like some other watches do. He is also a bigger man, therefore he has bigger wrists and this watch sill fits comfortably.I will defiantly be recommending this watch to people who are looking for a Father's Day gift: a traditional watch with an old twist. I really like this bamboo wooden watch for a number of reasons. First, this watch is stylish and lightweight on the wrist. Second, the black band is easy to close with one hand and feels very smooth on the wrist. I wore this watch to Northern MN this past weekend where I encountered very cold, rainy weather to which the watch proved to be water resistant. On the way home, we hit 80 degree weather and this watch band did not make me sweat and that is a big plus for me. Third, I received a number of compliments from friends and a few strangers with comments ranging from; where did I get the watch, how much did it cost to that is one cool watch. Fourth, this watch has a standard knob to set the time and it was care-free to pull and set the time with absolutely no concerns. Fifth, this watch has kept the time since it first arrived and that is very different from other watches I have purchased over the years. Last and certainly not least, the numbers on the face are black against a tan, bamboo colored background and are simple yet stylish and are easy to read. I love the look of this watch. I got this for my father in law for Father's Day because he is a wood crafter or however you call it. He loves building things with wood and I just thought that this watch would fit his personality quite well.The band is made of like a rubber/leather like material. The face of the watch is made out of bamboo wood. Very easy on the environment. The presentation of the watch is great, comes with a watch pillow inside the box.It is unisex, the band width is 15/16", band length is 9 3/8". This watch was handcrafted China and are adjustable. On the watch face you will see only the numbers 3, 6, 9 and 12.
