Made in Abyss Vol. 9 (Made in Abyss, 9)

People have been complaining about the print quality of this release for a long time, but it's especially blatant in this one. An important scene with Faputa is meant to have a subtle Haku symbol in front of her, but because of the improper contrast in this entire release it is now near-impossible to see.

Another great volume in the story, lots of action, and some more knowledge in reg's past with faputa. I really love this series!

This edition answered some questions that were lingering through the last editions, and it was kinda touching too.Great work as always, Made in Abyss is my favorite manga series.

After everything Regs origin has remained mysterious. That is until now, we finally start to get a glimpse of who or what he might be. Be ready for some emotional stuff cause this volume wrecked me, you have been warned.One thing I wished I had more context for, is part way into volume 9 the assistants all of a sudden get credited as well. It's cool to see people that are typically left in the shadows be credited for helping but did leave wondering what prompted it. Will they be playing a larger role in future of the series. I guess only time will tell, but for now read volume 9 of Made In Abyss. Because oh my goodness was this unbelievably good. -MickManga

As expected, great work from Akihito. If you like Made in Abyss, you already know you’re gonna get this. There’s no nsfw picture on the inside covers. At least It doesn’t look nsfw to me. All the other volumes have a colored full page that’s just the cover image. This one doesn’t have it. It’s not a big deal since the cover doesn’t have the most detail. In the end, but what you want. This is a review but you shouldn’t base your choice 100% off of reviews. Check it out for yourself.
