I love the colors
Quality massage/lacrosse balls. Quality bag that they come in. I believe I will appreciate the bag more and more. I love the colors. Great small investment in health, VALUE! Hitting my glutes will relieve any lower back pain at the end of the day. Great to use for mobility post exercise or throughout the day as well.

Work Out of the Day massage balls
After my car accident I ended up needing to have major surgery. They moved some muscles, put a pin in, and shaved some bone. It hurt being strapped in that massive sling not being able to move for weeks, and then needing to do physical therapy. Talk about being sore, and having a knot in your shoulder, is really not all that fun.With these massage balls I am able to use them to work out the kinks in my shoulder. Since they are small, I am able to sit on the couch, put it behind me while I watch TV, and let the ball move around and dig into the sore spots and help the knot go away. I was asked, why not just use a tennis balls, as they are about the same size. But with these balls, they are soft, yet firm, and not compressible, so they don't squish down like a tennis ball will. I would say these balls are on the nice side so you can relax, watch TV, and massage certain areas at the same time. Also, if I get tired of ball massages, I can juggle them. They also come in a nice sack too. Great for storing my balls so I don't lose one. From my understanding, these are basically lacrosse balls. They are priced the same as if I went down to Dick's to grab a pair of balls. But this set came with an e-book of various routines I can do with my balls. So that made this seem like a better value to me. But I wouldn't pay over $10 for them anywhere.Disclaimer: I received this product at a discount for a review, and my honest unbiased opinion.

Not fancy
The rubber material the balls are made out of has a slight smell to it. Don't think they are made out of the best material. The shipping was 2 days late as well.

Love it!
I love to hate this. Received the balls in a timely manner and got the mobility guide in my email. Very useful advice for rolling out different areas of the body. I am happy with this product as it does what it's supposed to do, rolling out on it is just painful, really made me realize how tight some parts of my body are.
