Definitely an improvement in my mental functionality when taken along side some other supplements I have

I started taking these as I heard lion's mane is great for your brain health. What I didn't forcee was that this has helped me in other ways. I usually get an energy crash around 2pm but where I have been taking them after my lunch I don't get this anymore. I definitely notice if I do forget to take them!

I think this is a great product with a mix of six different mushrooms, includingLion's Mane However, I was very surprised to discover that the BBE date is March 2023. 120 capsules, one a day means I will be consuming this until the end of June. Well out of date. All I can do is double the dose and hope for the best. Very disappointed.UPDATEIn fairness to the supplier, they were very quick to resolve with a full refund. The product is now out of stock but I'll look out for it because I really did like the product.

Easy to swallow, taste of nothing and I think they help my energy levels.

This supplement isnt too bad, wouldnt say its majorly strong. I think with this day and age you could take the fillers out, thats a big down fall in my opinion!
