Product is of good quality and its wealth the price

Purchased a while ago for a project...worked for what I needed it for. Gave it to a family member so they could make masks for COVID-19. Good material and good price. Would buy again.

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this elastic. I was repeatedly directed to ZipperStop as the go to supplier. The elastic is slightly smaller than 1/4" wide. Probablly closer to 3/8", but it suits me just fine. I used to use Dritz elastic which came in packages of 5 yards for roughly $3.99. This is an amazing value. The elastic is a bit more stiff than the dritz, but it's still a quality elastic, and the value is too good to pass up. I'm done with the overpriced dritz.

Unfortunately there are a lot of cheap useless elastics out there, and this is not one of them. I have enjoyed using this elastic in my sewing projects. It is thick, durable and holds it shape though multiple washings and dryings. I have been using it for over a year and it has yet to fail. Unlike other reviews, I have not had any issues when ironing.

I bought this for general use for some sewing projects and also some other uses around the house. It has worked terrific for the uses I and my husband have found so far. I ordered this from ZipperStop as I saw other reviews stated they had good luck, as have I. Right before writing this review I measured it's width, 1/4" relaxed, stretched a bit i measure around 5mm thickness. Hopefully that helps someone as I was unsure when ordering if when stretched if it would get too thin for my projects. As for the life of this, that's yet to be fully tested, I do know some has survived multiple wash and heated dry cycles with no negative effects as of yet.

This product is a great buy for the amount you get, however the shipping cost is nearly as much as the product itself. But, when you need something quickly and elastic is hard to find since so many people are busy mask making, I appreciated that this arrived pretty quickly. It’s nice and sturdy, but it has a weird smell when you open the package! It’s okay once it airs out for a while though.

I've made countless masks for family and friends and this elastic does a great job! I wrap the elastic around the back of the head (not the ears) as it's more comfortable.

Took a long time to ship, but once I got it it was good stuff, and exactly what I was expecting per the description.
