My mom wanted these as a gift. They suction on pretty well. She stopped using them after a while as they didn't seem to help her pain very well.

Pretty much like the ones at the PT clinic
These are pretty much what my PT used on me for my calve tear. It hurts but it does provide a lot of relief. The instructions say to massage for 10 minutes but my PT only used them on for 1-2 minutes for the tender area and I would get relief. It’s way better when someone helps you but you can get a lot of areas on your own too.

100% happy with my purchase. Worth every penny. I am a 42yo man who still does recreative sports and need these cups for the bumps and bruises frimWeekly games. Nothing wrong with them, you just need to youtube how to use them and uou are set.

These cups have worked great, as a beginner they were easy to use, easy to clean. And I’m already starting to see great results on my thighs. The smallest one is an okay size to use on chest neck and cheeks/ forehead.

Good quality
They arrived pretty quickly. They worked pretty well, if I moved them to quickly, they’d lose their suction, but I expected that. Overall I am pleased. I want to add that I have used the smallest cup for my leg.
