No use, disappointment
It's of no use, as the belt gets softer it comes off while doing dead lift or squats, waste of money

Mismatched measurements given in description
Quality was good but the length of the belt was smaller by 3 inches as given in description. My waist is 31", Size S is mentioned for 29"-33" waist but it didn't fit me ,I have ordered M
