A needed item if you are unstable when getting into or out of your hot tub. Now that I'm older, I felt a bit unsteady when getting in my hot tub. It was easy to put together and is made of quality material including the rubber sleeve of the handle. I like that it has adjustment knobs for the height of the pole, and for rotating the handle. It looks nice and sits next to the hot tub steps.

I need this to make it safe to get in and out of our jacuzzi. Did need to empty spa to slide it under the edge.

Only complaint I have is the screw that holds the pole is sloppy and doesn't get tight. It's sturdy but the design of the recess and the screw head is not great.

I don't understand how you are supposed to slip the base under the hot tub. The picture shows it and the description says you can do it. But a hot tub full of water sitting on a deck or the ground does not have space below it to slip in the base.If you have an application where you can slip the base underneath, this seemed like a solid product.

Excellent quality. I was expecting junk. Easy to put together. Sturdy.

Arrived damaged (foam padding on handle torn) yet the packaging was fine so clearly it left the OEM damaged. Still a month away from tub install but seams structurally sound.

Very sturdy. Only problem is I should have slid it under before water was added! LOL it still slides under and is stable but I'm sure it will fit better the next time I have to empty water.
