TapatioSauce Hot 5 oz (pack of 2)

This sauce has more flavor and isn't initially hot , but kicks in a bit later and becomes about the same. I really like it with my eggs in the morning.

Update: Previously, I spoke of receiving a bad batch. That review is below. However, I have received a few cases since then. They have all been great. I continue to keep it as a subscription. Good value for the dollar.I have used Tapatio for years. It is hot and flavorful. I have replaced my regular hot sauce with this brand. I previously purchased the large 2-gallon container of Tapatio from Amazon and it was great. However, this case here may have been old or something. The sauce tasted weird. After having purchased this case several months ago, we have only tasted some from one bottle and refuse to use the rest. Tapatio is great! I highly recommend it. Unfortunately, I think that I may gotten a bad batch. Hence, the three stars. I would have reached out to the seller. However, I got busy and the 30 days had passed me by. Thus, I just took the loss. I would love to try again. I will just be sure to return it in time if I get another bad batch. Thanks.

As I've stated before I'm not one for change or experimenting with my food intake. This one was by chance and good luck (for once) My wife happens to follow Wil Wheaton and his wife on Twitter. She was reading something and brought me in to show me a shot of Wil posting a picture of Cholula because he likes it. He also had a shot of Tapatio saying that he swears by it. I know from talking to my wife that Wil eats a lot hotter than me but figured if he had them together, they may be similar so I bought it and tried it. I was very happy when I tried it that it is a little hotter than any of the Cholula but not too hot for me and has a different taste, thankfully one that allows you to use it with just about anything. Thanks to Wil Wheaton I've been able to add another great hot sauce to my menu to also help add some flavor to those items I need to eat but just don't really want to eat. This is a great hot sauce! Thanks Wil! I highly recommend this product.

Got a bottle of this delivered to my door for $0.79 cents. It was in a box big enough for 10 bottles, with some air bubble cushioning and delivered by the mail man for free! What is this voodoo???. How is this possible? I can't find anything to complain about as I sit here on my free bonded leather couch that has built in massage and heat that was given to me by a customer so I am going to complain that I don't know how its possible that I got this hot sauce so cheap. Thanks Mr. Bezos, you. y friend have made America grate again.

tastes very good, came packaged very well

This is a good hot sauce but the heat is right up-front as opposed to purely flavor driven and it's a tad astringent (vinegary). Worth having in the cabinet but there are better hot sauces.

Love this sauce. I have tried over 300 sauces and have to put this in my top 5. And for the money the best out there. Just the right amount of spiciness and heat. Great on eggs, chips, burgers,tacos… everything. As someone who has to watch salt intake it’s not bad at 90mg. Other sauces as they get hotter hit the 200-400 range.

Ladies and gentlemen this is my secret weapon with food, trust me if you enjoy hot sauce that has beautiful flavor and a lovely kick of heat. This is the flavor for you. Trust me it’s really really unbelievable and show me good with a lot of things. what are you doing? Stop reading by it now
