I needed new dishcloths for our new house.I found these at a local grocery store. They are the best. All other dishcloths have a nasty odor after a couple of days. These NEVER smell !! They are durable and absorbent. They have a shiny waffle look. Tomato sauce stains come out quickly in the sink with just a small drop of dish soap. I wanted to purchase more and couldn't find then. I found them on Amazon and ordered more. You won't be disappointed! I have used the white an grey. Not sure about colorfastness of the others.

Nice absorbent towels that wash well. Color is perfect for my kitchen decor.

I'm here to buy these again for at least the fifth time over many years. I've even bought them for family members! Partly because if I'm visiting and I have to wash any dishes, I can't bare washing with inferior dish clothes.It seems like an overstatement to say I LOVE a dishcloth - but I really do. They clean the dishes, but more than that - when I ring them out and wipe down the counter at the end - they leave almost a dry path behind. All other dish clothes no matter how hard you wring them out - they leave a beaded up smeary wet streak when you wipe the counter. But these you can get so dry that you simultaneously clean and dry the counter.Just the right size and thickness. Don't develop funky smells after using more than a few days. And they look good! I love the white waffle weave look, which I also use for hand towels and bath towels.

Update: The towels are still vibrant and absorbent after much use for almost a year. I stopped using them on areas in my kitchen where they could snag and so the snagging stopped. After about 20 washings with very dark colors, the orange towel and dish cloth no longer bleed and can be washed with light colors. I would buy these again.Original review: The colors are perfect for my kitchen. They are absorbent and have good thickness. But I have had them only a couple weeks and have washed them perhaps six times. They snag easily and are quickly getting ratty looking as you can see from the pic. As previous commenters have stated, the orange color runs in the wash. I forgot one time and washed them with light colors. The whiter colors ended up a very light coral. I am quite disappointed. These ain’t cheap either.

The material on 2 of the 3 dish cloths unraveled the first time they were washed. These would have been returned but it was a week past the return date. Very disappointing.

These towels absorb any water on dishes or surfaces very quickly and leave NO LINT. I had purchased towels in the past that were similar but could never find that brand again. These towels are even better than the those towels. I have also purchased the dish rags, as well, and they are absolutely fabulous. They squeeze out very good, therefore, leaving no streak marks on whatever you have wiped. They, too, leave NO LINT. I prefer the color white (and have purchased white bath and kitchen towels for years) because I have always found white towels, of any kind, not to start stinking as quickly as colored towels.

Love these! Bought one of these cloths in a local shop, then ordered more on Amazon. I use these for drying dishes and counter tops. They suck up an amazing amount of water, and leave the counter or dishes dry. I can wring it out and again it sucks up an enormous amount of water. It absorbs more than a sponge, or paper towels, or another cloth. When I hang it, it becomes dry very quickly. These cloths aren't as thin and floppy as a cotton cloth or terry microfiber cloth is. Rather it's thicker and firmer. As someone remarked, the texture is a little creepy in your hand, the way silicone can feel. But it's totally worth it. It is true that if you get it near something like a loose wire on a cooling rack, the overcast edge stitching can snag. But I don't have a lot of that in my kitchen. I bought the dark gray (I use dark colors because I use my towels for spills like soy sauce :-) and I have not had trouble with shrinkage or color bleeding. I wash in the washing machine in cold water, no bleach, no fabric softener, detergent without scent or optical brighteners (which can reduce the fiber's effectiveness), and don't dry in the drier (which can also reduce the fiber's effectiveness). I love these.

I really like these. Perfect size. Durable. Absorbs great. Lots of surface area. Waffle design really hold a lot (doesn't just push around dirt, crumbs). Stays fresh (no smelly odor like cotton cloths do in our area...too bad for organic materials!).
