I’ve always loved macrame and I’ve been wanting to get into for a while now. I have been wanting to learn macrame for a while. This kit was great to get me started. I have not finished yet, but so far I have worked on the basic knots (I found the video tutorials super helpful), and started my first project - The Double Diamond Wall Hanger. So far, I have found the instructions very easy to understand. I will post an update once I have completed my wall hanger.

I love this macramé project! I'm not quiet finished, because I'm stretching it out over a few weeks to eat up some winter inside time. But so far, the instructions were simple to follow, and the online videos were even better for me as a visual learner. I have enough cord left over that I think I'll be able to do at least two projects total as one other reviewer stated (will just have to get another dowel). Overall, this is a great kit for beginners (I've never macrame-ed before) with a cool wall hanging as your end product.

Loved that the kit came with everything you need to dive right in. I’m a beginning to macrame but the instructions and step-by-step videos (I’m a visual learner!) have helped make the process pretty fool-proof. I also really liked that there are options of different patterns to make, all of which look amazing! I’m about half way through my piece and will update with a photo once it’s finished. I plan on gifting my finished piece to a close friend for the holidays who is a huge fan of macrame. I’d suggest it’s also a really nice gift to give someone unfinished, if you know or think they might be into macrame!

This is the perfect starter kit for beginners. It comes with everything you need including a book that gives detailed step by step instructions on how to make 3 different projects ranging from super easy to challenging. In the front, they show you how to do all of the basic knots that will be used in the projects. The instructions are very easy to understand but if you happen to have trouble, they have a link/qr code in the book to access help. I used it quite a few times and their customer service is superb. Melanie is the founder and she is super sweet and helpful. All in all, this kit is amazing and I am so happy that I bought it. The only thing I will say is that I would suggest buying more cord and dowels if you plan on making more projects.

This is a rip off. For $25 all i received was some very basic rope i could buy from the hardware store and a stick. There were no instructions or even a pattern to follow. Just some rope and a stick - i could literally find these things around the house - they arent even great quality. very disappointed.

This is my first time trying macrame, and I’ve found this kit to be a great starter kit! The pictures/description show exactly what to expect with this product. It comes with plenty of macrame cord, a dowel, and an instruction kit to choose between 3 different designs. Being my first time doing macrame, I chose the easiest option, and it has been going great thanks to the instructions and practice! Also, video tutorials are provided along with personal help via FaceBook messenger. Overall, I think that this product is worth the price for beginners of macrame. :)

Ordered this for my sister who loves macrame and crafting. She loves it! She said it feels really high quality and she put it up in her bedroom on the wall already. Nice packaging for a gift (she mentioned)
